This project for the Shire of Cardinia involved the upgrade of an existing well-used playground and skate area in reponse to the deterioration of exitsing facilities.
The upgraded space included a new and expanded skatepark with a contemporary range of elements, new playground equipment with accessible features, a nature play space, a basketball half-court and a central shaded picnic space.
Importantly, the upgrade utilised a number of much loved sculptural elements from the original playground.
The project was completed in late 2019.
