This was a feasibility study rather than a design project, which focussed upon site and building analysis in order to determine a preferred option to meet the future active recreation needs of seniors on the Bellarine Peninsula.
Ten existing facilities or sites were assessed, leading to the developemnt of two scenarios – the upgrade of four key sites to meet current and future need, and the developemnt of a single major hub to meet that need.
The project was completed in June 2021.
